Our
spacious 28'X14' studio live room can comfortably
accommodate a rock band to string quartet to 14-person
vocal ensemble. Adjoining the main studio is a smaller isolation room ideal for recording guitar amps or vocalists.
Some of our fine microphones include Shure KSM44's (2), Sennheiser MD421,
SE2 (2), Shure SM57's (4), EV N/D 868 kick, Audio Technica 853a's (2), Shure 55SH series II, MCA SP1 (2) and others.
The control room boasts 32-track,
24-bit recording to Pro Tools using the Digidesign DIGI002 interface
and Mackie 800R Onyx preamps. A live video feed and talkback system
allow for dynamic communication between control room and studio.
A musicians lounge offers a comforable place to chill out between
takes, with wireless internet access, digital cable TV, and an upriight
piano.
STTM Productions exists to provide musicians an encouraging and

Malinowski is a partner committed to achieve your musical vision, and
your project will benefit from his varied experience as a
commercial/jazz and classical music performance student, composer, and
Musical
Director of The U of I Xtension Chords. By gently coaxing your best
performances, giving honest opinions, and offering alternative
approaches when appropriate, a warm bond of collaboration is
shared. Fun memories and new friendships are the most common
byproduct of a STTM record.
